ABOUT
Hillsdale Shooting Range
In 2007 a non-profit group called the Hillsdale Range and Training Facility was formed to apply for a grant to build a shooting range at the Hillsdale State Park. In 2008 they received a grant and started drawing plans for the range. Construction started in 2011 and we opened in March 2013. The range is owned by the state. It is run by volunteers and is self-sufficient. All user fees go back into the range for upkeep and improvements.
Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism short video about the range aired on 4-25-12.
