What is the role of the range officer?
A. The range officers are in control of ensuring that range regulations are adhered to. They have the final word.

Q.
Can I purchase ammunition or rent guns at the range?
A. No. We do not sell ammunition or rent guns.

Can I use steel case-steel core ammo?
A. Yes you can

What calibers are allowed at the range?
A. Anything UNDER .50 BMG.

Q.
Can I shoot Black powder?
A. Yes any black powder rifle or pistol.

Q.
Do you have an Archery range?
A. No, however, there is a great archery range inside the Hillsdale State Park and it is free, you just need a State Park vehicle permit and you can get a daily pass at the gatehouse when you go in for $5.00 ($3.25 for those 65 or older)

Can my kids shoot at the range?
A. Yes, kids 15 and under are free with 1 paid adult. They must be able to safely handle the firearm and you need to be within arm’s length whenever they are handling a firearm.

Can I pick up my brass?
A. You can pick up YOUR brass if it is on the concrete BUT NOT if it is in front of the firing line.

Can I shoot my centerfire rifle on the Pistol/rimfire rifle range?
A. No

Can I shoot my rimfire rifle on the 100-yard line?
A. Yes.
